I am Naama, partner of Andy and mother of 4 smart & amazing boys. For almost a decade, I managed a client portfolio in the insurance industry - but I didn't stumble into being a baker by accident!

From a young age I remember baking in the kitchen with my mother, asking, researching, experimenting with recipes and in some way this has always been my dream. Life is short and unpredictable and I decided it's time to follow my dreams!

After I studied an extended pastry course at the Danon Culinary School - I fell in love with French desserts, cakes and the process of developing small desserts that combine interesting flavors.

Sweetheart Patisserie allows me to express myself in a creative, innovative way and make people happy. My vision is to do what I love the most, develop new desserts and make people fall in love with my desserts all over again!
